Normally don't leave reviews, but feel like I should as I see it's a trend on Eatlys reviews. The pizza wasn't cooked, wasn't cut and came out about 45 mins before the pasta. By that time the pizza was cold. Normally you bring 2 entrees out together. The server was also absent most of the time. This was during restaurant fest
I was visiting New York and wanted to take a friend of mine out for his birthday. He likes Italian food and I had read about La Pizza & La Pasta , checked out their menu online and decided to try it out. It was the best decision I made that day. The food was extraordinary and the service was impeccable. Our waiter, Ruy L was professional, friendly, knowledgeable An extremely helpful when we had questions about certain items on the menu. It was a great day and a big success...
Very cool experience. Hostess accommodated our request for a window seat. The server was knowledgeable and spent extra time sharing about the menu since it was our first time. Our drinks and food were excellent. We shopped in the store afterward and got gelato and pastries for dessert.
