We were sat down on a table which the host had to clear for us when there were loads of clean tables. We asked what beers he had on draft, the host replied I don’t know I’m not a server but proceeded to get another menu. We asked what a Harpoon beer was. He said “it’s the name of the beer” when we asked further what style of beer it was he said “I don’t know i don’t drink”. We then googled and found it was an American IPA we tried to order a pint and then it wasn’t available.
Beers came out and everything was fine. The server Raquel is great. Was serving everyone without help from the host very capably. Then someone came in off the street and started a fight with the chef. She dealt with it very well. Just was a very strange experience whilst we were finishing our beers.
FYI too is automatically added to the bill so you don’t need to add more too after you pay. (20%)

Friends of mine and I went and tried this restaurant a few weeks ago, it definitely was the right choice.The waitress and the owner were attentive and sweet.Everything from the appetizers to the main entrees was amazing.Will definitely be going back

waitress Luna was extremely rude and dismissive while we were eating, when we ordered off the special menu we were charged full price and told that weren’t on the special menu. mandatory 20% gratuity was automatically applied, on a three person party and when asked to removed she walked away mid conversation

5pm on a monday I come in with my boyfriend. We ordered the fettuccini alfredo with shrimp and a penne vodka with chicken. We alert the waitress that he has an egg and potato allergy, she lets us know his dish can be modified. I had high hopes, especially since his allergy is difficult to accommodate, bread sticks come out and it was really good while it was warm. Food comes out and it looks good but looks were deceiving. Penne vodka was bland, lacked flavor, the chicken was drenched in pepper AND it was 5 pieces the pieces were THIN!!! PAPER THIN!!! not worth the extra $5. My boyfriend ate his meal, I tried it and it tasted like heavy cream and cheese. Service was not good, from the second we sit down we are asked about drinks, we ask for a moment not even 2 minutes later she comes back and asks if we’re ready to order or get drinks. She dropped our food off and did not come back. I had to let another person know i did not like the meal and that alerted her. Item was removed from the check however when we saw the check its $34 for a fettuccini alfredo, shrimp and a drink. 20% gratuity included. Ridiculous. Not worth 20% not even 18%. It’s like the server does not care and knows they’ll get ripped regardless of how they treat us. I will not be returning.
Also as I observed the server used GLASS CUPS for SCOOPING ice. #1 rule of food service you NEVER USE GLASS IN THE ICE BIN. Seriously the lack of care is astonishing. Do better. God forbid the glass breaks.
Should’ve known better when this place was absolutely empty compared to every other restaurant on the block.

I had the worst experience with this place today. I support all local businesses but when I feel that as a paying customer the vibe and the authenticity is fake we got an issue. I celebrated my one year wedding anniversary today. My chicken Alfredo was dry and crispy. My husband's chicken parm and spaghetti had no flavor and this is the lunch special. On top of that being cold The customer service was horrible. The guy outside was more worried about getting customers and his happy hours.There was a group of people coming by and we asked for a cup to go for our piña coladas. He said he was going to give it to me and he totally ignored me so I left my cheap ass virgin piña colada by the way which was not worth no $8.00. I've should've gone with my instincts and gone to Sofias next door. I was so disappointed and disgusted that the food to take home went to the garbage. NEVER AGAIN. A LOST CUSTOMER IN THIS CASE. OH AND FYI BEFORE YOU WANT TO ATTRACT MORE PEOPLE ATTEND TO THE ONES YOU SAW FIRST AND NOT IGNORE THEM. NOW I KNOW WHY WE WERE THE SECOND PEOPLE IN THAT RESTAURANT. GEE I WONDER WHY. THINK ABOUT IT. I'M DEFINITELY GOING TO SOFIA'S. HONESTLY THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR BUT IN ORDER FOR ME TO POST THIS I HAD PUT A STAR. AS FOR ME ZERO STARS ON MY PART. WHERE'S GORDON RAMSEY WHEN YOU NEED HIM.
