An absolutely gem in the hit & miss Times Square area.
The sushi is inventive flavorsome and seriously generous , the sashimi a cornucopia of the freshest fish of all colors sliced extra thick.
Great value for what you get with outstanding , friendly and attentive service.
I can’t wait to go back!

I LOVED this place !!!!!!!! The food, service and ambiance were all on point. My favorite things were the citrus salmon appetizer and the king crab specialty roll! I love nothing more than colored tobiko so finding a roll with PILES of tobiko on top was so exciting. It was delicious!!!! I also loved being able to get a platter with nigiri, sashimi AND TWO ROLLS of my choice all for $36 so I was able to try a little bit of everything. They also have cooked food for people who don’t like sushi :) Overall this place was amazing !

The rolls were absolutely delicious, bursting with fresh flavors and creativity. I tried the Black dragon roll and the Phoenix roll, and each one was beautifully presented and packed with flavor.
Definitely I'll come again with my friends)

Ordered a short rib Yakiniku and a tuna don. The tuna I had was fresh and good. But the short rib tastes like just microwaved from Hmart. They gave me a free dessert of mochi which is again literally fresh off h mart. I feel the manager was trying hard to deliver good service but the food is just halfhearted

Stay away, worst sushi I ever had. Pieces were dried up and freezer burnt, inedible.

We were today, October 24, at Imasa Nori Sushi Izakaya for dinner and it was a pleasure. Robin served us and was very professional, attentive and friendly. The food was spectacular, very tasty and very fresh. The very familiar atmosphere, everyone is very attentive, friendly and helpful. We will definitely return, I recommend this place. Thank you Imasa Nori Sushi Izakaya for such an incredible dinner.

Had sushi for lunch and sake. We had the lunch special Maki and sushi rolls and rock shrimp for appetizer. Rock shrimp was unique- curry seasoning sauce and whole shrimps which was tasty. Sushi I van say have had better. Shrimp tempura roll was cold unlike most places where it is at least Luke warm with it being fried fresh. Some of the sushi fish had cold rice. Sushi rice should be at a better temperature. Sake was delicious. Service was good.
