First and last time here. Pure chaos. We ordered in store and the deliveries are not in order. Took more than 30 mins to get one order delivered. Better to look for an another place.

Uncooked rice changed it twice the same result.Staff said they don’t know why rice is not cooked. All the original quality of indie kitchen down the drain.

The folks working there are unfriendly and unprofessional. I ordered a meal using a kiosk and no one bothered to inform me that they were out of meatless offering. When I asked about it, the chef was unwilling to change the order. We asked for the manager and she was rude and unapologetic. Not at all a people's person. This kind of establishment could use a better/well-trained staff. I never got my meal or the refund.

Used to be a big fan. Unfortunately, can't say the same anymore. They've tried to automate too much. One of the kiosks is permanently down. Staff gets overwhelmed (there's only 1 or 2 people max on the front lines during peak lunch) and can't handle the orders. Food quality isn't as good as pre pandemic either in my opinion. Sad to see the decline but it's been consistent the last 5 or 6 times I've been here now.

Update: Order at least 30-40 minutes beforehand even if there’s 3 customers. This includes ordering at the actual counter. Used to take about 5 minutes pre-covid, now about 35. So come preparedTotally unable to process orders right now. People have been waiting over a half an hour. Horribly understaffed and badly run. I feel bad for the workers, cause you can tell they're doing their best. You’l be waiting forever for your food. This places used to be excellent before Covid. What happened?
