Used to be a big fan. Unfortunately, can't say the same anymore. They've tried to automate too much. One of the kiosks is permanently down. Staff gets overwhelmed (there's only 1 or 2 people max on the front lines during peak lunch) and can't handle the orders. Food quality isn't as good as pre pandemic either in my opinion. Sad to see the decline but it's been consistent the last 5 or 6 times I've been here now.
First the positive. Allergen friendly menu, ordering was super easy via a tablet. Food came out very quickly. Points for compostible utensils and bowls. The dining area is pretty clean, plenty of seats. The food itself is actually well spiced and quite tasty. I just wish there was a larger portion. The lunch thali is on the small side.
