Beautiful interior, however the food is nothing special while heavily overpriced.
Branzino crudo was way too spicy and heavily dominated by the soy sauce so that the taste of the fish was barely perceivable.
Barbecue chicken: although meat was fine the dish itself seems poorly composed, the sauce again being way to dominant.
The whole menu seemed to lack the creativity and balancedness appropriate to the price range of this restaurant. Your Vietnamese takeout at the corner might provide more original dishes and better quality.
Selection of wine by the glass however remarkably good.
Service was friendly.

This place gets crazy busy on a Friday night! Dinner and cocktails are amazing! Start off with a Yuzu saké and finish the Ume cocktail some of the best taste of Asia. 😋😋😋

Chic crowd, always a good spot to pop in for dinner and a martini. I’m a creature of habit and frequent the same places over and over again. It’s nice that every time I go they remember who I am and welcome me back like family. If I’m not feeling peckish I will just head to the bar and chat with the other patrons. Always go for the beef dish and lettuce wrapped spring rolls.

Still one of my faves from living here 15 years ago. Took our kids and they were very accommodating and everything was superb. Highly recommend.

Indochine continues to deliver on both quality and atmosphere—stepping back inside feels like coming home. We opted for a family-style spread and everything was so good!
We got spring rolls from the cold and hot apps and golden-fried crab cakes.
For entrees, we went with the duck, which was hands-down my favorite of the night—rich and perfectly cooked without feeling chewy. Its was served with bok choy and had our reservation not been so late we would have ordered another one.
The Shaken beef was delicious as well, and completed my need for protein.
On the side we kept it simple with a bowl of sticky rice.
For dessert we couldn’t resist the crème brûlée, a silky smooth custard with a perfectly thin caramelized sugar top, and the rum cake paired with house-made coconut ice cream. The cake itself was moist and boozy, while the ice cream was dotted with toasted shredded coconut that tasted like tiny coconut macarons—an absolutely divine finishing touch.
All in all, Indochine’s enduring ambience and consistently excellent dishes make it every bit as special on a return visit as it was the first time. Highly recommended for any occasion.

Branzino crudo and rock shrimp were especially excellent Server could have been a little more friendly
This is the 2nd time l I've been here, and there is always a pretentious, uptight, and unhappy staff that makes you feel unwelcome. This spot is memorable, to say the least. The bartender last night was amazing. French. Good looking. Great as his job & super friendly. Drinks were a hit. The crowd was, well, typical. And the food, as always, is delicious, beautifully presented, and perfectly timed. For some reasons the ribs were not as good as they used to. They had a funny taste. We didn't finish them. Lastly, everyone loved the coconut Crème brûlée, I didn't. Tasted bitter and not coconutty enough, but consistency was great.
Good drinks and quite okay service but the food was incredibly tasteless and dry considering what you paid.
I thought the food was good not amazing. The service was phenomenal and the ambiance is great.
The ravioli, the egg rolls, and the Shaking Beef were superb. However, the fish we got wrapped in banana leaves was maybe one of the most fishy dishes I’ve had in my life.
Overall 4 stars and avoid that fish!
The food was okay, but the service is horrible. The waitress was incredible RUDE she made was DEMANDING a tip from us. Didn’t leave the table until we gave her the amount she wanted. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE and extremely unpleasant experience
