I waited 25 minutes outside the store for my order because the doors were locked and there was no staff inside. There was no note or indication on the app nor store front window that the store was even opened. After a line had accumulated and the staff arrived,they didn’t even have all the cookies I ordered which held up the line even more.

since I’ve moved this is the location I’ve ordered from. I haven’t had any issues the cookies were always fresh however, this time the cookies were hard and broken up. I’m upset because I used my points to get a 6pack. The delivery guy was kind but he didn’t have the cookies in a heated bag like the others did idk if that was a reason why the cookies were hard but I did not like the cookies this time overall this location is great mahbe it’s just a bad night won’t fault them for it

Hi there. On my mission to retrieve a sweet treat with my dearest friends, I embarked to my local insomnia location. There I was greeted with an unhappy “manager” whom couldn’t fulfill a customers request and order. I attempted to order an M&M cookie with two scoops of the finest creamiest chocolate ice cream I have been looking forward to all day. When prompted with my order, the manager stated “are you sue you want that flavor, it’s hard for me to scoop, and you’re already looking a little full”. This comment honestly had me flabbergasted, and got rid of any appetite I had for a gluten filled cookie. I then stated I would just like 4 heated cookies, and to that was given a eye roll. I’m not sure if this experience will have me returning. I’m still in awe.

Well, cookies are something that is often mentioned in the US, their chocolate chip cookies are delicious and this place was recommended. Yes, they were delicious but they were too sweet (that's according to my taste in sugar levels). So if you don't want something too sweet, maybe try just one, they are a good size and it is enough to try them. The service is good, the girl who helped me was very friendly and it is take away.

Stop hiring people who don’t want to work. I went into this insomnia shop a day ago and this young brown skin women with long eyes lashes , dirty blond braided hair was working as the cashier as soon I entered her demeanor changed as she was talking to a young male coworker it was jealousy at first sight my cousin had order first and she was alright with her but when it came to me ordering she didn’t speak to me once or even tell me the machine was ready for me to pay when I got to the park and opened my box of cookies my cookies where rock solid while my cousin where warm …. Nobody wanted that man ?♂️. Someone needs to retrain her .
