April 3, 2024 at 5:20pm I saw why when I order via grubhub my order is always messed up. Every time I order mini cookies I get a bunch of large cookies crumbled up into smaller piece, god knows if the person crumbles it up without gloves. Today, I came to the store in person. The clerk was extremely rude. Then when I asked for mini cookies for me and my family, she replied with an attitude “those I would have to do on the spot and it takes a long time” I said. That’s ok I’ll wait. With an attitude clerk turned around. Bothered because I asked for something that needed to be made on the spot. In conclusion, now I see why I get a crumbled mess inside of the box when I place an order of mini cookies for delivery.

This little shop offers an assortment of cookies, brownies, and a dozen ice cream flavors. The staff is friendly and the service is great. You get a discount for paying cash. There is no sitting, so you'll have to resist the temptation to eat until you find a place to sit down, or you could eat standing up outside. All items are baked on premise and hand assembled.

Sometimes they are out of certain Treats.3- Atmosphere 3/5. Small shop with no where to sit. To go is usually the only option which is just fine with me.4- Reservations 5/5. Not needed. Where else can you get freshly baked cookies and brownies at 1:30 in the morning 5- Value 5/5. Totally worth paying a premium for freshly baked cookies.?

So, I preferred cookies from here once. The second time I ordered - they cancelled my order without any notice, they don't have a working phone number, and when I went in person. The worker stated he only has 1 cookie and I have to wait an hour for more cookies. NOT A FAN ANYMORE! Won't spend another penny there. Not in the economy to skrew waiting customers ordered and time. I'm summary - they suck and do not know how to run a business appropriately! I hope they close asap! They do not need to be here anyway. This is not a good business for anyone spending money, for this type of treatment all their products should be free- no one on their corporate number or in the store try to make things right. NOT A FOOD BUSINESS MODEL!!!close this location Asap!

I never leave reviews but was extremely disappointed, came here for my birthday and just turned down in store because they were backed up on mobile orders, told us we had to wait atleast an hour, how do you not take care of customers in store first?!?!? If that’s the case, lock the door until you get caught up , I’m not mad , just disappointed, be better

I was not very happy with my experience here, I really hope management sees this one. Whoever closed tonight, (9/24 at 2.30 AM), was incredibly rude and inconsiderate to our concerns with allergies and managed to get two items wrong on our order. I had to double check if my ice cream was in fact nut free because she gave me the wrong flavor. After getting a half hearted confirmation it was nut free, I decided to eat the order out of politeness for the people on line behind us. Already doubtful of my safety, I decided to stop eating after one bite as I began panicking about her weak confirmation. Really terrible service especially for someone with a life threatening condition :(

This place is a blight to the neighborhood. They consistently leave garbage bags of old cookies in front of the store, which are broken into by rats. I ask the girl at the counter about cleaning up their trash, and she stares at me like her brain has been replaced with cookie dough.I know, “the great resignation” it’s hard to get people who want to sell cookies all day behind a counter. But they’re bad neighbors. Their cookies are ok, but the rat infestation leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
