We had a large party of 16 people, and Numero 28 was more than happy to accomodate this in the middle of Manhattan which can be difficult. So qudos to them! They were proficient in taking orders, however, could have been more friendly when doing so. Understandably did not split large bills, so spent a lot of time at the end of the night collecting cash around the table. A simple annoyance rather than a negative note. I've been here twice. The first time i went the service was pretty bad and the food was average. I gave it a second chance and was pleasantly surprised. Get the carbonara pizza!

Fantastic pizza spot. The vibes of the restaurant were so fun and really had me thinking about how technical designing the space of a restaurant well can be.The pizza was great.
