I ordered the trick or treat box of assorted cookies which is 50 cookies individually wrapped. I ordered them in advance to pick up. Upon my arrival I noticed that there was a long line and I also noticed there was just one person behind the counter. She moved very quickly and was very pleasant to everyone as she took and filled their orders. When it was my turn, I told her what I ordered. She said she needed a few minutes which I didn't mind. In between waiting on customers, she'd run to the back and wrap each cookie and place it in the box. She completed my order after about 15 minutes and handed it to me with a smile. She gave great customer service which isn't easy to come by these days so I greatly appreciate it and will be returning.

We ordered cookies and they were delicious, and one of the crew members was bad in dealing with us as Arabs, as it was Ice Cream Day and they were making an offer to buy cookies and get you free ice cream with it, and we learned this information from one of the customers, and when we were charged, we took the cookies and the crew did not tell us that they were in it. Free ice cream!! While they tell non-Arabs When we came to go out, the free ice cream offer was actually valid, but he did not tell us.

These are the best cookies I've ever had! They were so warm, soft, gooey and delicious ? I had leftovers from my visit and the cookies were still soft a whole two days later. These are going to be my new go-to treat. Thank you!!!
Some flavors are better than others, like S’mores one is above all & then Double Chocolates. But overall the cookies are average, just like any other cookie bakery out there.Good thing about them is their strategic locations, as they are all over the place and you don’t have to cross entire Manhattan to get to them.
