The best location in the city! All thanks to Josh. His service and demeanor picked me up when I was having a terrible day. No joke, it was the one thing that turned my mood around and the others in line agreed. New York is notorious for customer service w attitude, but Josh demonstrated a rare balance of professionalism and warmth. Cookies were obviously delicious, but this extra effort made the experience memorable. It’s out of the way, but I’ll definitely be coming back...
Insomnia Cookies is a sweet tooth’s dream come true. Their cookies are warm, gooey, and just the right kind of indulgent — especially if you’re grabbing them late at night. The classic chocolate chunk is a must, but their deluxe options (like the s’mores or peanut butter cup) are next-level. Fast, fresh, and dangerously addictive. Perfect for a midnight snack or a cozy dessert fix.
