Just out of the way enough to keep the non locals from wandering in without a reason. It's friendly, warm, cozy, and friendly. The bar is a nice size and has a lounge area with comfy couches and tables. Downstairs is the bar with the stage. Mostly local live acts and live band karaoke. It embodies the very essence of the Lower East Side, as CBGB's once did.
This is a great place to go for post-dinner drinks. The music is good and there is nice seating and the vibe is nice. They have a downstairs with live music for a very reasonable price!
