Absolutely the finest ramen I've found in the States, and I've been looking! I always want to explore the menu, the tonkotsu is excellent, but I default to the Yuzu Shoyu because it's always the perfect portion size and never upsets my sensitive stomach. If you haven't been here, you simply must! Amazing! The best! 最高です！
Ha! RAMEN! Just what I needed to do battle. Ordered right off the top - STAMINA - The service is exactly what you expect when Ninjas are moonlighting as resto staff. I asked for it and got a hot bowl, thank you. Cutting literally to tonight’s chase, Magnum PI and his bunny, Dilbert, challenged me… then Mr Taka kicked in like 103 - no ethanol. First time at Mr. Taka, I enjoyed the spicy black tantemen ramen. The service was kind and attentive, I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and window watching while I ate. This is the second time I have had authentic Japanese ramen. I appreciate the quality and hope to come again.
