Got a chocolate chunk cookie. It was fine, but nothing special. The main thing that was great about it was that it was warm. Aside from that, I would say grocery store cookies are better. I was definitely expecting more!

Held hand up when I walked in…he could’ve use his words and politely ask me to wait outside while he helped the other women inside…instead of pointing at me when all I literally did was walk in and wanna give him some money for cookies…hope he gets some sleep

We ordered ice cream on a cookie and the worker (female with a mask) served us a hard cookie which was not warmed up (we specifically asked her to warm it up and she said all their cookies were already warm). We were disappointed and went back and asked another worker, Christian to help replace our cookie and he was so helpful and kind. Thank you Christian!

Have been passing by all the insomnia cookies for the past few years after not having Verna cookies. Now they finally do—at lest at this location. They have 3 options: birthday cake, chocolate chip, double fudge. I tried their birthday cake cookie and it was just the right combination for sweetness. Small enough for a little indulgence. $3 for a small cookie. They’re open late.

Arrived at 2am and they locked the doors and did not allow us to open. Then the white man that was sweeping proceeded to sweep dirt at our feet from the door. And looked at us in our face and told us to get off his steps
