This is my Favorite cookie place I've ever been to. I love getting their ice cream sandwich with the M&M cookies. It makes my day so much better! I have I recommended it to all of my friends, and they also love it.

Ordered cookies for delivery. The chocolate chip cookies were way over baked and dry. I remember when cookies were a $1.50 each and always delivered warm and fresh; now it’s $30 for six dry cookies.

This location in particular on amerstadam said to open at 12 on Sundays october 27 2024... when customers get there they are told that there is a delay because it opened late. This is not the first time and try not to post pictures or videos but it's becoming frequent if you don't wanna open on time at least change the hours

I saw picture outside about the Apple cider classic donuts (with donuts in the picture) so I said to myself let’s try it’s wasn’t donuts was very small cookie so i asked the person but I want the donut and she said it’s cookie that’s the name only but outside in the picture is regular Donuts?? She said again that the name of the cookie so if you go there and you think you going to have regular donut with the flavor apple cider is not well anyway the cookie not even taste like apple cider so it’s very disappointing it !

It's alright, cookies weren't bad but maybe they'd be better in person, since the order we had delivered was wrong and the cookies were squished. Smaller than I expected for the price as well, probably wouldn't order again

Not only was the server unhelpful and uninspired to help me with my selection of cookie and ice cream but the other worker wouldn't give up his seat for me to sit a paying customer. So I ate off the dumpster garbage which was displayed prominently in the eating space . Every worker here should be fired and take a drug test. I don't normally write reviews but this was just pathetic. I'm surprised is still running . The whole point of a cookie with ice cream is that the cookie should be hot and soft this was not the case my cookie was hard and felt old. The ice cream was ok but I didn't come here for that. I will not be coming here when I have insomnia you just lost a massive local customer/insomniac!
