Beyond incredible! Our first time here and It was such an experience. Every bite was amazing, the service was fantastic, and the chefs were so kind and truly took pride in their craft. Can’t wait to come back! What a special night, and the best omakase experience we’ve ever had. Thank you for taking care of us!
One Bite Omakase was an excellent experience from start to finish. The quality of the fish was amazing, but what impressed me the most was how each bite was tailored to the character of the fish. The lighter courses felt delicate and bright, especially when paired with yuzu or other summery flavors. Richer fish such as salmon came with deeper and more savory notes. That contrast gave the meal a thoughtful progression and kept each course distinct.

Absolute gem on the UWS. Amazing omakase at very reasonable prices. Wish I still lived around the corner, would be a regular for sure.
