Excellent though overpriced coffee in an atmosphere-rich lobby of this boutique like hotel where the snob/privilege vibes reign supreme. At times it feels like this is the Hotel For Pampered Dogs & Their Equally Coifed and Precious Owners. There are dozens of tight-sphinctered places in the city of course and this is no worse than the others, and worth a visit, but for down to earth cosy vibes definitely look elsewhere.

amazing place, but coffe depends on who is doing the barista on the day, the asian guy coffee was amazing, the other day burnt.

It's in the hotel lobby. The atmosphere is comfortable and quiet, which is nice. It was raining so I stayed indoors. If it's a nice day, there are plenty of seats outside so you can relax.
Coffee is, of course, delicious. The Signature Honey Latte was a bit sweet, but it was great to warm up on the cold weather.

The Avena latte will haunt me forever. It's the spiciest, most delicious, divine latte I've ever had. I think it's their take on a dirty chai but I don't even want to associate the Avena with the word dirty. It's too pure. I got it hot with whole milk once and iced with whole milk another time and both were ??
Also 5 stars for the atmosphere because every time I've been there, there's so many cute dogs.

Late was gross- way to much milk.
Drop the size from a 16oz to 12oz and fix the ratios.
