Let me start off by saying they are still waiting for a liquor license. Don't let that stop you from going in and eating some good food. I always compare a restaurant's sauce to one I had outside of Boston, which was fantastic. I'll rate this one second. We had the prix fix meal, which at $19.95 (add $4 for chicken) is a Manhattan bargain. Wife's lentil soup and my salad were very good. We wanted to have a nice Italian food before seeing "A Christmas Carol" didn't really call any restaurant for reservation, we figured we will just walk around 9th ave and see where it would take us. Three friends and I came in on a Thursday at 6 with a Pulsd deal. The place was pretty empty, but it also happened to be 10 degrees out that day. For $19 per two people, you can get an entree and a bottle of wine, so this deal was really a steal.The menu is a bit much - they have Italian pasta dishes, as well as tapas and paella.
