The food was very good, but a bit pricey. I can understand why. :)

Yummy! I ordered a side of shrimp and a side of plantains. The sauce on the was just the perfect amount so the shrimp was still crunchy.
Food is so good! Tried the brown stew chicken and I will absolutely be back 👏🏾 quick service and hearty portions

Ordered a Mac and Cheese from this truck. Menu had no pricing information listed - there was a sign on the truck stating to scan a QR code for prices. Menu online stated the Mac and Cheese was $8. The cashier told me the total was over $13. When I questioned her about it she said the additional charge was taxes and fees (from paying via credit card). I told her that didn't add up and she said the Mac and cheese was $10 not $8 as stated on the website! Absurd. Would never order from here again. Portions were extremely small as well.
The chef is excellent and so kind and professional!! Loved my food! Can’t beat the price either

I had this food off a food truck and it was sooo disgusting. The jerk chicken lacked jerk and seasoning, the rice and peas is nasty & I’m scared to taste the plantain. And they charged $35
Believe the other reviews— wish I would’ve read the reviews before I ordered.
Whoever the owner/cook is — please find somewhere else to put your energy. Stop playing with ppl food. Leave cooking to someone else 🤢
First, this business isn’t on 135th Street & Lenox Avenue. Second, this business is rarely in the neighborhood of Harlem. It is for this reason, I contend that this business is not community oriented at all!!!!!
Disgusting food!! Flavorless, small portions, jerk chicken was undercooked, and the curry chicken had tiny “chicken” legs as they claim but I had it tested, it was pigeon. No chicken has an inch inch and half of width and only 3inches long. liarsssss!!!! They cheat you out your money. Please don’t waste your money!! Someone else I know who told me after they saw me with the food told me they were sick for days because they had their “lunch special”, yea, uh-huh it’s “special” alright. These people need to be stopped and held accountable. Trust me they will be!! I bought mine a block away from 3959 Broadway by 168st, NY. They’re only there on Thursdays.
Charging close to 50 dollars for oxtail, rice & peas, cabbage and a drink just to find out the rice was undercooked is craaaaazy. Very very disappointed. Worst rice & peas I ever had.

Disappointing food truck. Waited 30 minutes to order. Food given to me with no utensils and missing plantains. Jerk chicken sauce was ok but it was just grilled chicken with sauce poured in top, poor flavor infusion into the meat. Would not eat this again

I ordered a jerk chicken meal with max & cheese, cabbage and plantain. I did not enjoy the jerk chicken nor did I enjoy the Mac & cheese. The jerk chicken was not what I am used to when ordering Jamaican food. There was no kick, nor spice. It was very bland. I am quite disappointed as I spent $50 on this meal. The mac & cheese was cheesy but bland. No seasoning whatsoever. Unfortunately, the best thing was the side of plantain I ordered. I'm upset that I spent this much on lunch. I ordered this on 39th street and Broadway.

First time try, @ Halloween night at the Bronx zoo.The rice was hard & flavorless. The brown stew chicken was extremely spicy.the shrimp was a fair 7/10.The man who was working the register was cool, until he didn’t know how to take a joke and got sensitive behind it. & decided too get serious. (have some more humor man, it will bring you a long way)! I was only joking with my joke?
