Served me raw chicken! And when I pointed it out, they said I'd already eaten it and couldn't give me a refund. Unbelievable. Such a health concern to eat raw chicken. And plus they should be apologizing and making it right. Won't be going back here again.

i haven't returned lately, but recall the great taste clearly. We became instant fans of Jakarta Munch! The meal execution and service delivery were excellent. The staff delivers outstanding service while displaying friendly attitudes. I found a special spot and plan to make this a habit.

I know that restaurants buy reviews and there is no way that the quality of food they serve deserve these 4+ star reviews on Google. This food does not taste like Indonesian and even just as food, it is not well executed. Had the chicken witb spicy coconut curry bowl and paid extra for the coconut something rice. The rice was heavily salted with no tasty spice flavor and the curry similarly. The chicken meat was like Costco roasted hicken diced up and the sauce was pour onto the.chickrn. do not recommend this place.

Google Maps says Jakarta Munch closes at 9:30pm, but they actually close at 9:00pm. My son and I showed up at 9:05pm, and the shop was already closed. When I asked about their hours so we could come back another day, the owner didn’t hesitate — he asked if we wanted to eat right then! I told him we’d take anything easy he already had ready, and he happily served us.
The customer service alone makes this place worth visiting, but the food is just as good! The rice is coconut rice, so be ready for that — it’s delicious. Highly recommend!
