We ordered entirely vegetarian and enjoyed everything! Standouts were the paneer, eggplant and the basket chaat appetizer. Great service.

Ambience & Atmosphere
The vibe here is super lively—noisy, vibrant, and it really feels like you're in India. The lighting is on point, and while the seating is a bit tight, the cool bar and super-friendly staff make up for it.
Décor
They’ve gone the extra mile with the look—plates and glasses made from brass add a nice, authentic touch.
Food Highlights
Surat Ki Bread Roll: Stuffed with peas and corn, served with regular ketchup and green chutney. Decent, but nothing to write home about.
Delhi Aloo Ki Tikki: Really flavorful with chole inside, giving it that classic chaat feel.
Nadru Kofta: The gravy was tasty and didn’t feel heavy with added colors or spices, though it was a bit undercooked—could taste the rawness in the crushed onion.
Lachha Paratha: Nicely cooked and paired well with the kofta gravy.
Roomali Roti: A bit of a letdown—chewy and a bit burnt.
Drinks
Paan Drink: Loved it! Whiskey infused with paan flavor, and it totally works.
Kesar Drink: Mixed with orange and mango juice plus saffron—okay, but nothing too special.

One of my very favorites for Indian food! My go to place. Love the basket chaat, and the paneer. Love that the allergens are marked and the attempt to offer gf options esp breads. The service is always great too.

What a great restaurant! If you like Indian Food, don’t hesitate to go! The food was AMAZING! They definitely know what they’re doing!!! We’ll be back!! I am adding to this review since I came back a lot sooner than I thought. Here’s what I had and it was amazing. Again, this such a great addition to our restaurant line up in the area. Don’t miss it. It’s great! must try the Atari paneer .

Decent indian food for 3x the price. There are better Indian places in New York with nicer vibes where you don't have to spend $80pp.

Highly recommend visiting Jazba for the food! Hit the spot! Wine list needs to be better, service needs to be better and the back room has no vibe and energy .. that needs some work.

I went to Jazba for lunch with my daughters, having great expectations since it’s part of Juno . We ordered kofta and paneer tikka, but it was a big disappointment. The paneer was swimming in oil—enough to fill a shot glass—and the kofta sauce was undercooked. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. The food was below par and overpriced, despite the fancy menu and dish names.
On a positive note, their imli drink was amazing and worth trying.
Been here many times. Absolutely love this place. Everything is fresh and delicious. I was very upset to find that the chole is no longer on the menu. Came here on my birthday specifically for that however everything else we had was amazing! Bring back the chole!!!!

Excellent food that is both traditional and unique. Very accessible to try dishes I never have and overall amazing. The BASKET CHAAT was my favorite of the meal and perhaps now on my short list for favorite dish in nyc. I’ve also been to their sister restaurant Junoon - both our excellent and unique. Jazba is certainly more casual and less expensive but the quality and taste are equally as amazing. Even the cocktails were unique and delicious with spices and flavors not typically found in drinks.
Vegetarian options: I’m not a vegetarian but we ordered 4 vegetarian dishes for the meal because they simply looked amazing. And they were - I didn’t miss the meat at all. The flavors were rich and plenty filling.
