Constantly takes forever to deliver (an hour to an hour and a half, or sometimes more), and will then lie and tell you it's on the way each time you call. Of course, it's not yet on the way.
To add insult to injury, the people are beyond rude on the phone - almost as if to say that they're upset you're calling them and giving them your business - and will often hang up on you.

Great food, fair prices. No complaints... Great location right near the theatres. Wide variety of products.
