In the past I have enjoyed the square piazza from the east side jet, but this time I had to order from the west side and it was a disaster —they got my order entirely wrong
I paid for delivery of a square 2x pepperoni, 2x sauce 2x cheese crispy w onions. Then I called and waited five minutes on hold to confirm they understood my online order with annoyed employee who said he had other customers WAITING for him. What finally arrived an hour and a half later was round (not square) had no onions was not crispy and none of the extra toppings I had paid for

Paid $30 never delivered. Then when we called, the guy got an attitude with US saying he couldn’t do anything. After he hung up on us and we called back, he looked at something on his end and he said it had been delivered 30 mins earlier. Per a photo, he realized it was to the wrong apartment. When we pressed he got more attitude saying he’d already said he could do nothing (including refund us). He also said he could not send another order. Update: we went down to the store in person (following day). They were very apologetic and refunded us.

the dough both tasted oddly cinnamony and cinnabon reminiscent to my girlfriend and i. the dough is super thick the slices are square and the sauce is on the sweet side.
if you like a new york slice, this place will be a disappointment. if you like calzones or deep dish/thick crusted pizza this is your spot.
however, im 90% sure this spot gave me food poisoning and the runs. 8:15am the next day on the toilet and taking pepto bismol chews with an upset stomach.

Gave trashed and over-dried pizza! It’s like someone ordered pizza and then pick it up and they gave me someone’s old order!!!! It’s like anything that is not indigenous to New York New York City find a way to trash it . This is the Detroit chain and they figured out a way how to sabotage the Detroit style pizza into trash it!!! This pizza was made gross and will be berated by the franchisees owners in Detroit!!!
Jets Pizza is incredible. I eat the cheesy bread sticks and reminisce about my childhood days when me and the fam would pay our weekly visit to our local Pizza Hut for dinner. We were always so excited to go to Pizza Hut. I proclaimed it as “the best pizza in the world” but then it changed and I haven’t had anything close to it since coming across Jets on DoorDash. It’s the only pizza that has come close crust wise. You have my loyalty…just don’t change the recipe please!

I recently ordered from this Jet’s for a friend. When there was a problem with the order and it could not be delivered, they offered me a refund quickly and easily, no issues or conditions. I was so impressed with this great customer service that I wanted to leave a five star review. I will absolutely order from Jet’s again in the future and I look forward to trying their pizza!

Good pizza. Dispatch people answering the phone at 1145pm on Sep 17th are complete jerk. I called to correct their mistake on delivery address and the dbag hung up on me. I called back and his colleague said oh yeah that guy is really busy probably that’s why he hung up. Bro - goodbye NYC doesn’t need you.
