Jian Bing Man Reviews
My opinion is 8.2/10.
For $10 I thought it was pricey but it was ny first one After having some more in Queens I see that would make sense to be the going rate in Manhattan, but I think this is my favorite version, now which is more authentic I have no idea till I go to china 😂.

Jian Bing Man is a popular spot in K-town's food hall, offering customizable jian bing crepes with a variety of protein and ingredient options at a reasonable price. The dish is delicious, making it a great snack or light meal. The menu also features other options, such as the spicy and sour glass noodle, the Dragon Bowl with chewy miishien, the flavorful mala xiangguo, and the expertly prepared eggplant braised pork. The tomato beef is tender and chewy, while the Beef Tamian soup hits the spot with its flavorful broth. The Latino chefs in the back are skilled, making the jian bing crispy and authentic. Though service can be slow, watching them prepare the food helps pass the time. Takeaway is recommended, as the food stays hot and fresh. Despite the lively atmosphere of Food Gallery 32, Jian Bing Man remains a hidden gem with room for improvement in spice levels.
