I love DD and I love JJ. I'm glad Jimmy John's is in NYC. It didn't exist for a while and I would always get some when I traveled to the Midwest. The prices are crazy, but it's NYC so it's not too bad.I shop here often for both DD and JJ. The prices are reasonable, especially the DD side. I always get my coffee, has browns and Turkey Tom #6 from JJ when I'm near Penn Station. The service is quick and the food is great.Time to reactivate my JJ rewards. Get my free cookie!

This place is just okay. I tried the Club LuLu combo. The total was about $16. The sandwich was okay. It was fresh and tasty. It’s not something I’d go out of my way for or even try again. It’s a basic sandwich spot. That being said I did enjoy the potato salad. I would stop by and get it again.

The veggies are fresh, the staff is nice and the bread is not bad at all, but my Little John has ONE very thin slice of roast beef ! It was basically a salad sandwich with a slice of roast beef.

This one employee at this location always forgets to add cheese to my sandwich after I paid for it. I even heard the cashier telling him to add cheese today and he still forgot. I waste $1.50 every time.

It was a little difficult to find but so worth it! It’s a Dunkin’/Jimmy John’s together and there are no sitting available. I couldn’t believe a JJ opened in Manhattan!! Food was excellent as well as the service!!

Thankful for this location every day! Jimmy johns is one of my favorite fast service restaurants. I know it’s a young location, but I need to point out some consistent issues. More often than not, if I ask for an additional topping, it is forgotten (mustard, cheese, etc.). Especially if I ask for avocado spread, I’ll be charged the fee but it will be left out accidentally. Also, the last two times I ordered here, the bread was extremely hard, tasting days old. They were going through a rush this most recent visit and were busy so I didn’t want to bother them, but I believe constructive criticism is important, no matter when it’s pointed out. Love you JJ’s
