The pan fried dumplings are a bit doughier than other spots around nyc so it’s not my favorite cheap eats dumpling place. There are lots of things on the menu that are good. However, there are a lot of other things to try. You order at a window and there is no seating— however, you can go to the benches outside the park on Madison street or Columbus park to enjoy your dumplings.
Great no frills spot to get quick, cheap, delicious, steamed or fried dumplings and steamed pork buns. No seating, unique spot, been there forever! Grab & Go, condiments at table, cash only.

I got the steamed dumplings and while they were flavorful, they were way too dough-y. Judging by pictures, the fried ones look better. The value:portion ratio is really what drives up the review score.
