Tried this place 2 times. Both times the dumplings were super doughy and didn’t taste that great. There are definitely better options around. The price is quite good for the quantity but if you were looking for good food, I’ll recommend trying other places.

There's a small table in front of the stall, but I think it's only used for adding the sauce to your dumplings before you leave.
You can feel the neighborhood people annoyed when the line gets longer and busy.
