It has taken a bit to get to this review, perhaps four months, however that means nothing compared to the quality of the meal, the places mastery of chefing, with their open kitchen, and smiles to go around for anyone who enters. I found their little customer card which was given to me by my server Monsur who was very attentive and pleasant. The pork bun appetizer was so good that i ate them both before i remembered i wanted to take a picture. I love the ramen here its always delicious. Great broth very tasty ramen. However, i have continued to not love the service. They simply are not that attentive but if you are not super fragile the food makes up for any indiscretions with service. Will definitely be going back to try their flight of sakis.
