Super kind staff, but what a mess of a place. It is incredibly busy in the morning. So busy they have one person manning the entire pick up location. Like the only job they have is to call out names.I ordered a sandwich and an iced coffee. Pretty basic. I was late for a meeting because it took 25 minutes. Clean store always busy in the morning. My hot chocolate with coconut milk a little disappointing just doesn't have a deep chocolate flavor. I'm a dark chocolate fan lacks the richness I crave. Funny thing is I usually request less flavor pumps in all my other Starbucks drinks for instance Chai latte 1.5 pumps. Not a big fan of sugary drinks.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a ramp

I loved this place when it first opened. It had been nice during the pandemic too. However, after the recovery from the pandemic, it has somewhat changed... the shop closes very often without any prior notice; they close early very often; many of the items are out of stock; order ahead is not available very often, which is extremely inconvenient. Not sure what happened...the staff are mostly friendly and nice, though.
