I waited to order for ten minutes with only three people in front of me. Slow staff. It was 50 full of seated people. But too many staff not doing much behind the counter. I ended up leaving without placing an order. Unlikely to return to the branch which is a shame as it’s in a good location for my needs.

My daughter is a big fan of Joe and the juice. so we decided to try both the spicy and non-spicy Tuna Cado sandwiches. The spicy version had a real kick to it super flavorful and definitely lived up to its name! The non-spicy one was just as tasty, but personally, I preferred the extra heat. Service was excellent fast, friendly and very attentive. The cashier was kind and courteous which made the visit even better. Can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu!

This place is a lifesaver if you are a vegan. I love how fresh their vegan avocado sandwich is. Kind of addicted. I love the healthy juices too. It is fast, delicious, clean.

I normally love the sandwiches and açaí bowls at Joe & the Juice. I didn’t love this location though. While it had some seating and the standard design, my açaí bowl just felt under filled. It’s not that huge of a bowl to start so it might be better to try another place for açaí bowls in the future.

I ordered the sandwich that is famous on TikTok, the tuna sandwich ( tunacado ) was terrible, the tuna tasted like it was old and the avocado was all damaged and black, it is not worth going to try this sandwich if they are not going to make it with fresh ingredients, super expensive and horrible flavor , service was terrible too .

Order an oat milk latte, Coffee was terrible had a burnt taste. Food was below average for what you pay. Acai bowl was small and came in plastic prepackaged container. Egg sandwich was small also. I would not come back here. $35 for 3 items ridiculous. If you want to improve you should contact me why would I contact your customer service. Such a generic response. This place need to hire people who care and are consistent. There are plenty of negative reviews to raise Flag with management. Do better hire people who are passionate about food.

I spend usually 60.00 to 70 dollars plus tip here a day .. and today will be my very last time .. I actually went to little Collins today instead.. I usually try to stick to one food location for immune and dietary concerns . Yesterday when I walked in I grabbed my stuff from pickup but I check the bag first because previously my add in were just not added and they’re 90 cents so why not make sure it’s there …this time I take a sip of my espresso and it was missing the vanilla I asked in it .. why because sugar gives espresso a boost) anyways I walk a block back from my office and the young woman behind the counter I tell her this is made wrong and she proceeds to try and educate me about coffee and that I won’t taste it if the vanilla milk was added.. so I tell her miss I’ve ordered this multiple times. She tells me that you should have ordered an an espresso mocha instead and that the other times it was made wrong …. I’m laughing inside my head because I don’t want to tell her why I know that a espresso shot is made wrong but then I tell her well I don’t taste vanilla and I ordered an espresso shot with vanilla milk .. I made sure to stay calm as well because I don’t want them to think I’m the irrational one paying 30 dollars for breakfast and just wanting vanilla milk in the espresso after I allowed her to embarrass me I realized even yesterday they gave me a sandwich with a quarter of the bread missing and I simply showed them and they made it over .. I then felt crazy because I could have went to Starbucks lolol or even metro to eat and pay less .. 30 dollars for breakfast and I can’t just get a splash of milk in my espresso when I actually paid for it .. it was so rude and I felt like because I was who I was maybe she thought I should be lucky to eat there I don’t know but I’m sure she would have just fixed it .. today I got my food from lil Collins and guess what lolol unlike Joe and the juice they simply placed a splash of vanilla cream in my espresso never again will I get my breakfast and lunch from here it’s a done deal over 300 dollars a week for a place that’s rude.. I’d say I’m being dramatic but the portion for the price for rudeness is a little messed up
