Ordered the banana bread and a Power Shake(Strawberry, banana and vanilla milk). The large-sized shake is filling and banana bread was ok. Good spot for a quick bite but be ready to wait during the lunch rush.

If you can avoid this place do so. The staff are not friendly, the atmosphere nothing special , the staff do not wash the tables of people who leave . The table next to ours was cleaned 20 minutes after people left by people who wanted to sit down. The food is really really not terrible, no taste. On the other hand, the juices and smoothies are very good.

The coffee and juices are very good. The service is friendly and cordial and there are delicious and healthy options. The sandwiches are very delicious, the egg, avocado and siracha sandwich is excellent.

I’d give a zero for the service if I could. I stopped by on Thanksgiving with my family for coffees and we ended up having to wait almost an hour for a simple order. The shop was not busy at all, the two baristas behind the counter were just taking forever with everyone’s orders. I won’t be coming back. This place needs better management.EDIT: to the Joe & the Juice team who responded to my post with their bland standard corporate response that they have posted on everyone’s bad reviews in the last six months, why don’t you actually do something about this store and the service there?

Ordered the ‘ Stress Down’ and a gingerbread latte with banana bread. Came out pretty fast even though they were busy. Tasted so good and extremely fresh. I watched her make it and the ingredients listed are all that is in the drinks. She juiced the strawberries, ginger, and apple right in front of me and then put the lid on the cup and handed it to me. LOVE THAT. The latte was so good and hot, perfect for a cold day. The banana bread was tasty too. I Would come here every day to keep trying all their juices and smoothiesVegetarian options: The menu is perfect for someone who is vegetarian or veganKid-friendliness: The sweet treats and juices are delicious, healthy, and tasty for kids

Great space and all the usual nice stuff but currently rendered unusable by terrible management and unhappy staff. Often there is only one individual working this busy location and they refuse to take in-person orders - yes, you have to order in the app. Even with a full crew service is rude, slow and reluctant. I been using the branch for years so I’m sad but I’ve moved on. I understand some of the challenges but whoever’s responsible for this and the nearby Park branch has just given up.

Staff is incredibly slow - waiting time is always half an hour+ - even for app purchases

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to this store. The 30-minute wait for a chocolate shake in a weekday noon was unacceptable, and the associate’s unfriendly service added to the frustration. I noticed many associates there look busy but actually very low efficiency. To make matters worse, the shake was thin and watery. Many customers wanted refund after waiting so much time in store.

What’s the point of ordering ahead if 40(!!!!) mins later they still weren’t able to make a sandwich ? 3 rd time experiencing this at Joe and juice. Never again. Come if you want to waste your time

Yikes! 20+ minutes wait (again) for my black coffee. No joke. I’m a glutton for punishment coming to this place more than once
