I been going lately to this location and honestly staff are friendly and polite and the place is always clean, I love the beet and berry juice, yesterday I tried the steak and it was very flavorful, but it didn’t have enough steak, the pieces of the pickle where bigger and overpowering the meal, I’m not sure if it was a mistake or that’s the original amount it brings, but definitely not worst it is that’s the amount of meat!

Unhelpful and useless worker today afternoon. There was an issue with a promo applying in the app while ordering, and the worker refused to help at all. We opted to walk out because of the dismissive and frankly weird behavior. Insane to treat customers paying $15 for juice this way. Lol

Paid 18$ for a juice and a banana bread and it taste like water with sugar . Nothing taste fresh . It was very sweet . I had the herb tonic and it was very disappointing. I get fresh juices all the time this was the bottom of The barrel my 7 year old could do better . It actually started hurting my stomach. At least the banana bread was good . But I will not be returning. If I do it will never be for the juice just the bread !!! Do go here if you’re looking for a fresh delicious drink ! And there was boxes everywhere

I had to go into the store to address how my mother was treated, and I was extremely disappointed. My mother stood waiting for 10 minutes before being greeted, and when she finally placed her order for 10 Tunacados (as we were feeding a group that specifically requested them), the response from the staff was shockingly unkind.
The woman employee rolled her eyes after hearing the order, and later, when another male employee came downstairs, she made a point to highlight our order, and my mother heard him saying, ‘Wow, 10???’ and she was telling him to be quiet after pointing my mother out. This behavior was unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable.
I reminded them respectfully to treat people with kindness because you never know what someone might be going through. My mother tipped despite the poor treatment, and I still can’t believe the lack of kindness shown to paying customers. I hope this serves as a reminder to treat every guest with respect, no matter the size of their order or circumstances. You might ruin someone’s day without even realizing it. Sad and disappointing experience.

Best coffee in the neighborhood and it’s actually made! At Blank Street just across the street, it’s an automated machine and all of their concoctions have aftertastes. The people here are friendly, always accommodate my children and the payment machine gives me an option to opt out of tipping unlike alllll the other shops in the area. I of course always leave a tip because they’re great here. Blank may look fancy and have an entire army of a staff but Joe & The Juice is always quiet, no dogs and the modern decor is inviting.

Joe and the juice replied to my message so I had to update my review, I’ve lived in a hunch of other states before moving to nyc, I’ve seen Joe & the juice on every single social media platform and I have been wanting to try it for years, this was my very first visit, everyone was kind and my tunacado and matcha was amazing the site is really beautiful and I love the packaging, I’ll def be back!

My daughter and I got multiple cortados, juices and Tunacados here recently whilst staying in the area. The girls who work here are just so lovely! They knew my coffee order by my third morning and we were greeted with smiles every day. Would definitely recommend!

Joe & The Juice is one of my favorite go-to’s when I’m hungry but need something quick and not crazy overpriced. The avocado sandwich is my favorite. I have tried the tuna Otto and the new eggcado breakfast sandwich. I liked it but messy for on the go and I like the bread on the sandwiches better.It’s been a while since I had one of their juices or shakes, the blue magic was good from what I remember. I really love their chai latte (w/almond), they use Tazo concentrate. The service is usually pretty quick and friendly. If it’s busy, it can take a while.
