Wouldn't recommend if you have allergies or gluten intolerance. Asked for gf bread, had a whole conversation about it. Got regular bread. They also don't write anything on the package or check the boxes so you know what's inside or who it's for. Waste of money and I'm still hungry. They also said the pesto is nut free but pesto is pretty much never nut free, I just wanted to confirm it didn't have almond or walnut bc I'm allergic (pine nuts, cashews are fine but you can tell they have no idea what's in it)
Incompetent employees
I have had Joe the juice for over 8years that l live in nyc in multiples locations . At the nomad one today l ordered one beets and berries which is my to go . It was SO watery that l went back from my way out to make an observation the stuff was so reactive like offended . They made a new one which was more like a smoothie is supposed to be specially coming from a regular customer that have it almost everyday . Anyway I get that they can be overwhelmed but there’s no reason to be so reactive .

Be prepared to wait if it’s midday and nice out. Staff is friendly though, and the bread for the sandwiches are super tasty.

i highly recommend alexandra. i was helped by her recently, and she made my experience really enjoyable. it was my first time ever trying this place, she was very patient and friendly with me. thanks to her great service, i’ll definitely be a regular from now on!

They don’t considered me
I have gone two mornings in a row and both times they were not open during their advertised hours! It says 7am but had a bolt on the door at 7:15 then again at 7:35 the next morning. Unacceptable, change your hours or be honest. I usually love Joe but this is frustrating.
I go there often because I love their smoothies. But honestly, this is the worst customer service, even for NYC. They let customers wait for 5+ minutes before they take an order (with no other customer in the store!). It then regularly takes another 15+ minutes before you receive your order. My order is usually a small order, like one protein smoothie. But every time I go there, I get really upset about how they treat customers at this location. I really hope there is a change in management soon.
At some point soon, I feel like I will stop going there despite their great smoothies. These people are really wasting my time.

Very disappointing experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for good service!!!
If you want a juice, don’t get it there!!! Go in an other one !!

Do not come here if you need a quick lunch. They prioritize the online orders so you could be waiting up to 40minutes for anything, if you come in person. Was just told this on lunch, at 12:30pm.

Been here before, wanted to stop by and use the restroom. Cashier refused to let us use the bathroom and said “you have to buy something today.” Not the level of service expected for Joe and the Juice. No matter how health-centered they may seem, they are an institution and it seems like the workers are trained to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Support local businesses and get your drink elsewhere. Worst Joe and the Juice ever.
