As an avo shake lover, this is disgusting. I dont know how they manage to have a whole chunk of avocado skin in this drink. I constantly having to take pieces of the skin out of my mouth while drinking it. $12 for the damn cup full of avocado skin. I honestly have a question of how?

The team at J&TJ provided a warm and energetic welcome this morning (02/02/2024). Javier, in particular, was calm and attentive while assisting me in selecting the perfect juice. I chose the Joe's GM and a club sandwich, both of which were excellent. The atmosphere was exceptionally clean, and the customer service exceeded expectations. For anyone looking for a quick, yet healthy dining option, J&TJ is the ideal choice. They are effectively redefining the concept of "fast food" with each meal they serve.

My sister and I came here to try out the smoothies and the customer service was shocking. It took a while for the staff to take the order even though they were just standing around doing nothing. After my sister placed her order the man stood there for a few minutes and did not start making the drink. A group of people then started flooding into the shop and then the man finally proceeded to make the drink .. strange behaviour. Needles to say I honestly advise going to a different location if you want to try Joe and the juice as they do have lovely smoothies !

Love the quality of the food here but the service is just too slow — they’re super understaffed. I work near here but almost half the time I end up leaving the line, or if I’m in a rush, I bypass altogether. If management hired a few more employees it’d be stellar!

I came here on January 1 2025 between the hours of 3 and 4 PM. Young lady at register was completely unknowledgeable, unhelpful and borderline rude. I asked a question about a juice and she acted as if I was bothering her. Needless to say I walked out, with that said management here should understand how this behavior obviously has an impact on their business.

The only thing I don’t like about this place is the unbearably loud music, it’s like you’re in a rooftop party at 1am.
I ordered eggcado and this is what I got. The staff members need to be replaced, the whole team, they always look like they’re forced to be there, rude and they don’t want to be there. Barely acknowledge the customers. Sad because this is the only location the staff acts like this, it’s like they collectively agree to just be miserable.

The matcha latte could be better. They also don’t offer whole milk as a regular milk option, only 2%, which is as Ron Swanson accurately describes it, water that is lying about being milk. The music playlist is pretty good, but the volume could be turned down a bit. I could still hear and feel the music they were playing with my noise cancelling headphones turned up to 100%. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want to focus on working or studying. The decor is great and seating is comfortable.

I loved Joe and the Juice from London, they always had great service and food. But here, service is sub par with servers looking at you annoyed. The Sandwich was cold and burnt, the drinks are watered down and they are asking $25 for a sandwich and a drink that isn’t even worth $3. Very disappointed, please do better.

FYI: They add other things to the drink that’s not on the board. Like olive oil and ice that waters down the juice. Maybe that is for most of the people in the community life, but that doesn’t mean that everyone comes in there is from the community. I think that whatever they have on the menu should be exactly what’s going into the mix. And they should work on their attitude, especially a young lady who was there behind the counter on 13 October in the early evening.
