Ordered a matcha with a friend, as the employee laid it down she turned to her coworker and said, something is wrong with the matcha. When we took a sip, it tasted spoiled and sour, we had to toss it.

Staff very nice and friendly.
Nondairy milk options is a + and no extra fees charged.
Hot chocolate was good but had the powdery residue at the bottom of the cup. Expected a little more for $5.10 for a very small cup.

Almost $10 for a drink that tasted like chocolate milk and $15 for a tiny lousy sandwich in a cafe where bunch of teens come in and sit down for free and create so much noise that you can't even have a decent conversation. We repeatedly asked the cafe personnel for help and they repeatedly ignored our request. It's not like they had customers to prepare orders for either so clearly they didn't want to get involved. Ridiculously bad value, you're better off walking 5 more minutes to go Hudson Eats or simply going above ground and getting a plate from the halal cart vendors outside.

I waited roughly half an hour for a drink before just giving up. I couldn’t get a refund as I was told just to wait until they eventually make it. It wasn’t even busy inside! They are either poorly staffed or unconcerned about making people wait over half an hour for a drink order.

This location really sucks, consistently. It’s not the food or atmosphere but the staff. They really need training on customer service to be friendlier and just making their drinks and food faster. It always takes forever even on slow days.

Stopped by the Joe & The Juice at the Oculus today and tried the Chocolate Flex for the first time. The lady behind the counter recommended it, and she was right it’s smooth, chocolatey, and perfectly balanced, not too sweet. The place itself has a chill vibe with comfy seating, soft lighting, and modern decor great spot to relax or get some work done. Definitely coming back here again.
Staff are friendly. The premium steak sandwich was ok, taste was ok but roast beef was chewy. Added jalapeños and avocado so it tasted better but small sandwich for $20.
