So this is the 4th time I've sent an employee to get me a sandwich from them and they don't have change. My sandwich is $12.63. And their employee tells my employee that she should use a credit card. That's unacceptable. Your store is at 40 Broad st. There are serveral banks in the area from which you can get coins from for your customers.

The last time I ordered a Tunacado, there was no Avocado on it, so I thought you had to add it. So today I ordered a Tunacado with Avocado and extra tuna. The gentleman behind the counter said no it comes with Avocado, so I told him about the last one I ordered and he apologized for what happened to me and said the extra Tuna was his treat. I thougjt that was the sweetest gesture. I loved this store before but now they have made me a customer for life. Just the gesture was so nice - I wasn't looking for anything but cannot get over the wonderful customer service!!

Very nice interior. Employees were friendly. Spicy tuna sandwich is always good. Space is a bit crammed but overall a nice spot.
Sorry to say my water was too cold to mash the black tea I ordered. I ended up having a cup of warm-ish non-tea eith a not so good cake, either. The brownie was far from a good one.

We came here for a sandwich because I had read on the reviews that they offer gluten free options. The food is really good and I didn't get sick after eating it so if you are looking for gluten free food because of an allergy, that's a nice place. We were there on a Sunday morning, so there were almost nobody in the streets and they served us quite quickly. However, we attempted to have lunch in two more occasions in other restaurants of this very same chain in weekdays (near Central Park and near Times Square) and the second time we had to leave, because they weren't taking any orders, since they were receiving plenty or online orders. The third time we could make our order but it took us 40 minutes to get our food (a sandwich and a juice). The place was full of people but again, they receive so many online orders it takes much more time than expected.

The machine to pay wasn't working so you have to pay through the app. They don't have coffee. After paying I get told, theres no hot water for the tea I ordered. So naturally I ask for to be taken off or refunded. But since it's through the app I'm they can't so I'm forced to replace it with something else. worst experience
