Joe & The Juice has an amazing atmosphere with a fast-paced and kind staff. One employee, Yanelis, was particularly friendly and helpful. However, there have been issues with change not being available for cash transactions. The Tunacado sandwich is a popular choice, although there was one instance where avocado was missing from the order. The staff apologized for this mistake and made up for it by providing extra tuna at no additional cost. Overall, the customer service is commendable and has earned the restaurant a loyal customer.
