I have been to this restaurant 3 times, twice for a drink and once for dinner. Amazing, the staff are super welcoming and friendly. I would definitely come back to my planned stay in New York.
The Bolognese pasta and the Cacio Pepe were very tasty. The salmon entree was also enjoyable. The carpaccio appetizer I felt had no taste. It did not taste like truffle oil was on the meat, it tasted like no flavor oil with a few truffles placed on top. That is VERY different than truffle oil. So overall that appy was tasteless and expensive at $29. The wait service was fair. They’re definitely still working out the kinks service wise but they have really nice employees. It’s turning into a big business lunch spot. The menu looks good but our dishes came out not very good. My risotto was swimming in olive oil it was gross and I felt gross after. My coworker had a bean, shrimp salad and it looked pretty pathetic. You gotta nail the simple dishes. Also no iced tea? For business lunches? Cmon.
