Good smoothie but terrible service at Lexington. It was crowded and the staff started calling my order as “Nido” which isnt even close to my name so i didn’t think it was mine. Finally she called out the order and took it and she slammed the smoothie on the counter rudely. I heard the joe and juice in lexington has the worst staff.
The pick me up (strawberry banana apple) smoothie was excellent and not too thick :). However the service was horrible and they had an attitude. They would also give each other looks when a customer would ask for something extra (happened twice while i was in here). Additionally they don’t welcome you in or say thank you or anything, I know it isn’t required but it would improve their service. I also had to wait 15 minutes for a simple smoothie and there was only someone else...

Update: definitely, the staff are amazing. Being deaf, sometimes I don’t notice when my order is ready and they just bring it to my table. Everyone is friendly and my coworkers and I love to hang out here before work.
