I had a situation where I ordered a drink and didn’t communicate properly because I was in a rush and ended up not liking it when I got to work. I went back to them and let them know about my drink mishap and they made me a new drink for free no questions asked. Exemplary customer service and a really nice staff. They are always willing to try a new drink with you if you don’t know what you want or don’t have something in mind. Thank you Joe’s for amazing service !! ❤️❤️

The café, situated along the roadside, offered a delightful view of the snowy afternoon, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a book.

Usually love Joe but I recently got a slice of the honey almond loaf and was appalled to find this piece of metal in the cake. Nervous to go there again.

Overpriced, 5 dollars for a basic coffee with milk that tasted awful , wouldn’t say rude service just definitely not friendly. Atmosphere is weird. First time there I come in and there’s like 8-10 people sitting there in silence no music just watching you order something. Also don’t get the point of having to order the coffee over a counter if you’re just gonna give me the coffee and milk separately and the sugar also and make me do it. Just have a self serving coffee station then.

Just had the best iced latte i have ever had. Perfectly mixed, great flavor and made with some serious pride. I can't wait to be back in the area to visit here again. I send the staff that was there at 630 PM Thursday night a big thank you for a great latte.

Very very mediocre coffee that is way too expensive. Took them 2 seconds to make the latte with clearly old beans. Sad they get away with charging so much.

I had an Americano . It was cold :( but I asked if I could heat it cuz I hate to waste food. The barista said she’s brewing a new pot . So I waited for that. ?. I could have just waited the first time instead of having room temperature coffee :/

But The iced matcha was great .

Not many nibbles there either. Ambience needs some work tbh. It’s a quick and easy place to get your coffee on the go .

The ice matcha latte was very good no doubt.

I noticed the cool poster for Joe's New York Egg Cream outside the shop, and ordered a small one as a special summer treat, but was awfully disappointed. It tasted like heavily watered-down chocolate milk, with no classic froth and barely any fizz (no wonder, since I noticed the seltzer came out of a can, rather than a traditional seltzer bottle/soda siphon). Served in a plastic cup rather than the old-fashioned soda-fountain glass shown in the appealing ad, it's a lame attempt at a classic New York egg cream--and a serious rip-off at $6!

Bad coffee. Bitter and overextracted espresso and sour scalded milk to top it off. Little to no atmosphere to speak of. At least it's fast and efficient.Would go elsewhere unless having caffeine was a matter of life or death. Also, $6+ for a cortado? This isn't LA, who thought that was acceptable?
