I give Il Violino an excellent rating overall. The wait staff was very attentive and, most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious.
With my friend Maria, we experienced one of the best meals I have ever had anywhere. Maria had the scallops and she loved the dish. I had the Braised Lamb with carrots and broccoli. The lamb had an amazing flavor and a tenderness like I have never experienced. Delicious meal, wine, and a beautiful dinner companion made for a perfect evening in NYC. Service was outstanding. WORTH EVERY PENNY.
Had a wonderful dinner with a great waiter. My special seafood ravioli dinner was made non dairy. It was superb! The chef knows how to cook, all 7 of us loved our dinner. It as an excellent end of our celebration of my mother’s 95th birthday.
