Very rude and racist staff at the Dumbo location. Not sure if this is the case with other store locations.

Eh. I got the butternut star anise latte. It didn’t have a specific taste. Maybe a slight butternut taste. Was kind of disappointed. The latte quality was good though. Great foam. Yummy espresso. Nice baristas.

Got an Ice latte. It tastes horrible. But worse than the coffee, it’s the barista’s attitude.Watching her adding some cold brew premix and milk in my coffee, then handing to me, I was like ummm is that my coffee? She was like yeah. I was Iike but the ice latte I normally get has expresso shot. She responded this is how we do ice latte, next time just order a regular ice latte.I was in shock, because i was ordering a regular ice latte. Not only I got my order wrong, I also got a lecture from you on how to order an ice latte? There’s people in line, I need to go to work, so I just left with the $7 coffee and her attitude. Thanks that really made my day.

Decent chai latte but the place closed early with no prior warning (at 3:30pm instead of 5pm on a Friday). Bummer as I had agreed to meet with someone there around that time. Would be good to communicate that before ordering (I got a drink 5 mins before closing)

On Google says they close at 5pm.It's Friday 3:45 and they're closed. It's the 3rd time I come and see the same.

Perfect setting for long conversation over coffee. Interior is cozy , awesome and tasteful.Lots of varieties of coffee, shakes . We took a cappuccino and cold coffee. Both were great. Paid about $11 for 2 large coffees.Overall lil expensive than Starbucks. But, worth it.

Nice people. They filled my water bottle for me too.

Cool peeps. Great service! First time here. Love the atmosphere and the vibe! Got myself a soy dirty chai! Yums! Gotta come check it out.

We entered the café without the knowing what would happen next! Otherwise we'd turn around and spend our money elsewhere. We kindly ordered a drip coffee but where not sure about the size. Yet the service manager signaled us, that "we should come to a point" by the waving his hand in an unmistakle manner. We were not at any point welcomed with any form of gentleness at this place. There coffee was good. I expect more service from a brand like Joe's. Only 2 Stars!

Service is wonderful and the coffee taste amazing!!! Oh, and the pastries too. I never leave without one :) Perfect pairing to my latte.

Maybe the only real coffee in the city. If you are European and know about coffee, that is the place for you. Took me long until i find it but deserved it

Anyone looking for good coffee at the WTC will be very happy here.
