Bonus points for being able to get a large, black coffee without any fuss. The rotating unique brews is a nice touch and it's not overpriced. It's a simple coffee shop that I think is a pretty in the coffee game nowadays. Would def come back

S/O to the Baristas at Joe Coffee Company in Chelsea, my favorite coffee shop! Great service and positive vibes. I tried the MISO Butter Brown Latte recently - interesting taste and delightful flavoring. My overall fav is my usual Vanilla/Caramel Latte w/ almond milk. Cheers🫰🏽

Joe’s Pro Coffee shop knows their coffee. Lovely espresso milk drinks and their pour over was fabulous. Bright berry flavours extracted from the featured beans.

Was looking at their menu outside the door when the guy who worked there just swung the door open and almost hit me with it. Then had the audacity to turn around and give me a nasty look, while I was looking at their menu. Super passive aggressive, just walked out. Would never go to a place that treats customers like that.

Joe Coffee Pro Shop never disappoints! Their coffee is the best, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they have a great selection of baked goods, and their seasonal drink recipes are always creative and delicious. It’s one of my must- visit places when I'm in NYC!

The new Asian barista who works on Friday left so much space at the top of my coffee clearly saving all the rest for himself :( . I frequent there since it’s on my commute and often leave feeling bad due to their bad service.
I asked him politely (twice) if he could speed up making my coffee since the cafe was empty with no other customers to serve, and he very clearly made ZERO efforts just chatting away while moving extra slowly.. what an ahole!

My go to place for coffee beans. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they’re patient and happy to help answer questions you may have. The store features beans from guest rosters which is always very exciting! I love trying out their seasonal collection and their regular collection is excellent as well. Highly recommend checking this place out while in NY.

I went there this morning, which was decent. The espressos they serve had a very small portion which isn’t enough help me stay awake. I expected it to be bigger as a regular cup of coffee.

The latte art class was worth every penny! Very intimate, at most 4 people. Plenty of individualized attention and very kind instructor. Also you get 10% off the beans if you want to purchase them afterward :)

Best coffee in NYC. Baristas here are fantastic. Very kind, really know their stuff, and make absolutely incredible coffee! The food is very tasty and be sure to try the cortado with the single-origin espresso - delicious. Preferred spot to pick up the latest and greatest in all coffee gear. Check it out!
