Joe’s Pizza on Broadway looked great, the line was crawling, too long for a quick slice, so we skipped it and popped into another Joe’s affiliate downtown instead, same classic slice vibe without the wait.

Way too crowded. This is what social media does to your business. Too much hype and way too many people.
However we decided to give it a go and we ordered online. No queues and a glorious enormous pepperoni pizza delivered to our door by a nice man in less than 45'.
It was big and delicious. For $36 plus 2 toppings was just the perfect Ny pizza.

The worst customer service ever I ordered online and I was trying to communicate why it’s taking forever for them to prepare a pizza and the guy on the phone hangup on me without any explanation
Never ordering from them again

I'm confused. Dry and almost crunchy pizza, totally wasted. Such pizza must be eaten only freshly made, immediately, reheating second time is a crime.

I visited Joe’s Pizza on Broadway a couple of years ago, and I still think about that slice! Every time a friend or family member tells me they’re heading to New York, it’s the first spot I recommend. The line may be long, but it moves fast — and trust me, it’s absolutely worth the wait.
The pizza is as classic New York as it gets — fresh, thin, crispy, and bursting with flavor. Hands down the best slice of pizza I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back and experience it all over again. If you’re visiting NYC, Joe’s is a must-try.

Long lines but they move so fast! Worth the brief wait. Good prices, good size. An enjoyable slice of NY pie. Excellent pre or post Broadway show bite. No frills. The staff are great.

Joe’s Pizza serves up some of the best slices in the city! The pizza we had was delicious, with a perfect crust and flavorful toppings. The staff is friendly. Be prepared for a bit of a wait, as this spot is popular—but it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommended for anyone craving classic New York pizza!

Lives up to the hype, get the white slice with ricotta. Name fitting for a king, fine establishment.

I feel this is the best pizza place in Times square. A slice and a Mexican coke properly hits the G spot.

the pizza was dry and the crust was tough, so we only ate half of it and threw the rest away. I think that because of the hype and the influx of people, the pizzeria is losing out in terms of quality.
