If you’re in Chinatown for food, don’t waste your time here. You can get insanely delicious food for 1/4 the cost and 2x the portion down the block.
The chili oil wontons were somehow flavorless, and the beef rice roll was awful. The beef was mushy and grey colored, and the dried shrimp must’ve been expired because it had a rotting fish taste to it.
This is some kind of tourist trap, or for people who don’t know what good tastes like....

We got Joe’s Steam Rice Roll delivered last night. We chose the beef rice roll. I am being generous by giving it 4 stars and I think my boy would give it 2 at most. Here’s what I liked though:
1. The freshness - you can tell they are making these constantly
2. The rice roll itself - the wrapper is very thin, tastes slightly buttery, and is light and easy to eat.
3. The portion of the roll itself was good.
4. Following directions...
