The food is not bad, the problem is a fat woman who works there who always has the same spandex. She wants to treat customers like she is doing them a favor by selling them chicken. She does things slowly and with wicked patience. and when you recognize it and put her in her place you don't like it. She's not at work, that's the way you work in Santo Domingo but in New York here there is a lot of energy and speed, if I have an employee like her in my business I immediately vote for her to stay at home. She is lazy, because I assure you that no man is going to pick up that package To give her a better life with that low chicken of hers. So ugly..

I've been eating John's since I was a kid. Even after moving out the neighborhood, I still drive an hour to Inwood to get it. It's my absolute favorite! The taste has never changed. I put my grandson on and he loves it too! Unfortunately, the lady attending the counter last night was super rude and nasty. For years I've been getting the short thighs. I've even bought 35 pieces to cater events several times. This woman told me that I couldn't order them because the meal doesn't come like that. Um, ok then don't give me the meal. Give me the chicken and fries separately. She said they don't do that. What?! Are you kidding! 40 years of going to John's and she didn't want to sell me the pieces I wanted? Her attitude was atrocious. I truly hope John's management sees this review.
