Had beef bulgogi rice bowl with bubble milk tea. The meat is marinated very well, the milk tea was also delicious. The bobas used are the chewy ones which are my favorite, however the boba isn't hot when put in so they will be cold when you chew them. Making the boba hot would be the only thing I'd change! Also place is clean, but cold so keep that in mind.

Tried it for first time. I was curious about the lemongrass chicken since i had never had lemongrass flavor in food. Anyways, the portion (protein-chicken) was ok. However, it did not justify the price - nyc is ridiculous. The flavor was nothing special. If it had lemongrass it was very subtle so a waste of time there. I may try again but not going out of my way

The food is not “not bad” but taste good. I still have to complain about the services. I went to the store around 435. They addressed that they will close at 5pm. I said I know, I saw it on Google map. I ordered 2 sandwich and easy to go. But they gave me attitude, feel like they don’t want my business. But I was so hungry and I believe I will respect their time. I can see my food was prepared and got throw to the counter. I asked again if they will close on 5pm exact. They said they will stop taking order on 440 and close the whole restaurant on 5pm. I feel their staff will be so lucky as they can step out of the store on 5:00:00. But as customer, I do not feel lucky

Fast casual Vietnamese. I think the caramel pork rice bowl is good- sweet (I can see it being too sweet for some) and savory and good portion/ratio of meat. The spring rolls are really long and crisp! (I have only delivery so I cannot comment on the atmosphere).
