Fabulous! They had two Michelin stars in Seoul, and they shine in NYC. They received only one as soon as they opened this year. The wine pairing program is also on point.
Don't get thrown by the freight elevator entry, it's part of the streetscape transition to enter heaven!

We went there on Christmas! They have special menu for Christmas!!
Every food and wine pairing was so good!!!
I can feel in the food how deeply they’ve thought about the harmony between Korean culture and cuisine.
This is one of my favorite Korean fine dining.
I wanna visit again and try their original menu, not the Christmas special!!

Getting up to the restaurant may seem like you're in an episode of squid game; but, once inside you realize that every detail of the the dining experience was intentional. The food is beautiful as is it is clean and delicious! The ingredients are carefully curated and prepared, like the 2 year old fermented soy sauce they delicately dropped into the brodo surrounding the flaky branzino. Service was engaged and lively and unrushed.
