Such an awesome experience! We stopped in after a train ride into Penn right before the Yankees game. The restaurant is around the corner from the subway and the restaurant was great! Drinks were all delicious and despite only having apps, the food was great. Thank you!
My sister, nieces and I were visiting the city to see a show and had read positive reviews for Pando 39's brunch. We were not disappointed!! Our food, which included, omelettes, chicken sandwich, sweet potato fries and bottomless mimosas was delicious! In addition to the great food, our server, Daniel, was EXCELLENT!! He was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We truly enjoyed chatting with him and his professional and kind demeanor were exceptional! We will definitely come back the next time we visit the Big Apple!
Honestly, the best brunch I've been to, DMV and NY combined. I had the best time ever. Go around 2PM during the brunch/ day party. It was amazing. The music, the crowd. Everything! 10/10 will be back. I had the steak and eggs and my friend had the chicken and waffles with eggs on the side. For the steak and eggs ask for the eggs slightly medium, it was too runny. I loved the steak and eggs, we ended up switching. Ask for the chicken hot. The first chicken was cold. Overall vibes etc on a Sunday was 10000/10. Unlimited mimosas were worth it.
What a beautiful restaurant in the fashion district. First time there and will go back. The service was amazing and tried the pizza and tacos very good. The spinach salad that my friend had was amazing she said. Definitely will go back and try more dishes.
We had such a beautiful time at brunch! Our server Ali was a pleasure and so attentive to us. Would definitely recommend this place the whole aesthetic is beautiful and an overall great vibe.
I've been wanting to go to this place for some time now. I finally went with a girlfriend of mine today and it was such an amazing experience. The food was incredible and the drinks were just as good. The vibe is so nice. Definitely will go back again.
My experience at Pando 39 was very good. Food & drinks were good. Quiet and neat restaurant. There is a nice photo op with a flower wall and swing downstairs where you can take pictures. My sisters and I enjoyed every minute of it and will return for brunch. Thank you for having us!
The whole reason for Sunday Brunch was bottomless and live music. The food was good but the service was mid especially because there was no one here. There was no live music to atleast make it fun.
I celebrated my birthday here with a party of 15! The bottomless brunch was set up so amazingly by the Pando 39 staff that day. The bartender/lead staff member, whose name is slipping my memory at the moment, was awesome! She was so hospitable and cared that I had a good birthday experience. Her drinks are amazing too! Pierce is an incredible manager and coordinator! I am grateful for my experience here! The ambiance and design of Pando 39 is definitely something you would want to come to any day of the week during any season. To be right in the Bryant Park neighborhood surrounded by all this corporate energy, Pando 39 did a great job of giving us leisure vibes, but still delivering an upscale feel by the end of it. Happy Hour, live music on some days, weekend brunch...Pando 39's got something for all of us.
Our waitress was awesome! A few things to be aware of. If you're a group over 6, they automatically charge your tip and don't tell you. They also do not have the capacity to split a bill evenly three ways. We said $160 per card and $160 from the $200 cash. one card, $160, the other $164.80 (supposedly am ex fee) Change back from cash $47. Why? No one knows. Per the manager and the staff, that's "the way the system works". Makes no sense to me, but what do I know?

We waited about 20 minutes for service once we were sat and the restaurant was DEAD. The server was just hanging out behind the bar with the manager and we had to get up and ask for service twice, the server only came by the table once every 20-30 minutes. Food was delicious but we received horrible service.
Waitress seated us them promptly forgot about us for over 45 minutes. Meanwhile another waitress brought food over that wasn't ours because we hadn't even ordered our drinks yet. Later the waitress shows up and asks how are we doing, which we replied “we haven't ordered anything yet.” Food was pretty good, I ordered the calamari and my friend ordered a burger but I'm not sure if I would go back.
If you go to Pando 39, you've got to get the burger! We also got the quesadilla and sweet potato fries that were pretty good. We went at an off hour in the late afternoon so hardly anyone there.
Our waitress Allanah was amazing. She was super helpful and very attentive. The food items ordered were Ribs appetizer - absolutely delish! Meat was falling off the bone. Pancakes & omlette from the brunch menu were equally tasty. Will recommend!
What bothered me about the experience was that the restaurant was very hot. We asked if they could turn up the air conditioning and close the door but they must have refused because it stayed very hot and unpleasant in the restaurant. They showed a lack of concern for customers. As there were few Diners in the restaurant, they should have tried to please the ones who were actually spending money there.
