The service at this location is bad. I usually order ahead on the app with no issue to save time but the last 2 times I’ve been including today, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes to be handed my order. Today the short guy with square glasses at the register was laughing and talking with a friend (which is fine) and I was the only other customer inside so I figured it wouldn’t take too long because I could see my order sitting there ready. When their conversation ended the guy at the register proceeded to ignore me, move a couple things around and then disappeared into the back. The other 2 workers were making smoothies and I was standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. The register guy comes back and then takes the order of someone who walks in and then ignores me again. At this point it’s been 10 minutes and the young lady who was working in the back finally asked me if I was there for a pickup. I would say next time I won’t use the app and just order in store but there won’t be a next time I’ll make sure to tell my coworkers not to order from this location.

They don't speak enough English to make things right. They always unhappy never greeted always waiting long and machines break with no warning after u payed for a drink and waited

The Cold Warrior I ordered tastes completely different from the ones I ordered before. Just water, lemonade and ginger, no turmeric. maybe they are too busy. next time went there are busy definitely I’m not going to order.

Slow service for online orders. I ordered on the app which predicted the smoothie would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrive a couple minutes early and stood there and watched as people who walked in ordered and got their drink within minutes, yet I had yet to get mine. When I asked about my drink after the time I was supposed pick it up at 12:06, i see the staff grabbing the receipt to go make it. There must have been 6 walk-ins that got their drinks before I did.

Did I walk into a juice bar and club? It's so loud in here! In fact, so loud I am having trouble hearing anything the cashier says. They have a great selection of healthy items. Juice, acai bowls, and smoothies.
Blueberry muffin is the perfect amount of texture, moist but not overly. The PBJ acai bowl is a smooth mix of all the classic flavors but without the added sugar. The muffins are gluten free and vegan. Only a bar seating area for 2 or 3 of they squish. So be prepared to take it to go.

I just go an aloha açaí bowwalk to McDonald’s with my granddaughter at the table we start to eat the açaí but we can even eat it was watery no flavor was nasty nothing compared to the one we get in juice vitality store. Plus me pay more more. I will never comeback again
Take my money! Lover of juices and all things green. A couple take out bottles quick time because we needed that hydration station.

Juice was yummy and refreshing however I found part of a plastic lid in the bottom of my drink… not sure about coming back for a pricey 12$ juice after finding out there’s plastic in my drink.

The açaí bowl is just purple ice. This is far away from being açaí.

20 minutes for a juice? They prioritize online orders even when no one is at the counter. Terrible service. Won’t be coming back.
Great smoothies for a great price
Had the electro protein smoothie. Absolutely delicious. Going back to try some green smoothies next time… love the simple clean ingredients.
