This tastes nothing like Acari and has a very weird consistency. It was also more expensive than the Chobani cafe next door.

They also don’t have plastic straws, despite having a sign that says plastic straws available upon request.

When the experience is so bad you’re forced to leave a review. Very unfriendly staff. Takes 15 minutes to get a smoothly - I was the only customer.

The woman working on 7/6 at 5:42PM denied me service because she counted the register and cleaned up 20 min earlier than their listed closing time.

On top of it all, she made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome when I asked if she could still make me an order. She demanded only with cash, or I could leave.

Really appalling behavior for an employee at Juice Press.

I went in to get a smoothie at 8:50 AM on 6/23/25. Upon walking in, the person working told me “they only had bananas.” I was confused and clarified, “so you can’t make any smoothies?” to which they responded, “no, only bananas. the employee that worked last night didn’t close properly and I’m not tryna break my wrist breaking up fruit, it’s rock hard.”

I said I wouldn’t be ordering then and urged them to contact management, since it couldn’t be good for business to be unable to serve any of the items on the menu. She then stated she was the manager and was saying something else as I walked out of the store.

First off, as management, you shouldn’t throw your employees under the bus to customers — that’s not professional. Second, it was 95 degrees out — that fruit would soften pretty quickly if set out, but it was clear the manager just didn’t want to do her job. Third, if you’re unable to serve anything on the menu, the store should have been closed.

I come in multiple times a week, but after witnessing the manager’s unprofessional behavior and poor customer service, I’ll be supporting other local businesses that operate with a more professional demeanor and friendly attitude. I thought upper management should be made aware.

The smoothie is fine, very good actually, but the level is service is extremely poor. The employees are rude and clearly don’t want to be there. Others that visit seem to receive the same treatment. I would NOT recommend going to this establishment.

Similar to what the previous reviewer noted, the employees here were noticeably disgruntled and complained pretty much the entire time both about people not tipping enough and also about the food delivery order they were trying to make and about it being too expensive. I don’t know if it’s just this location, but the service here is pretty poor. The smoothies are tasty and it’s good to have a lot of varied options, but the bad service probably makes it not worth it

I come here every day. The best part is the staff Ann Marie, Chris, and Tiffany are superstars. Love them all!! Also i do obviously love the food and all the healthy options. My favorite chain.

I went to this location in soho the employee ignored me at the door for 10 minutes then when I knocked , They said they would open after they “put everything away”… in 15/20 minutes it was already 9:22 am and they were supposed to open at 9am !

Very cute concept but the employees working on this day were in a bad mood and didn’t want to be there. The woman preparing our drinks was deliberately moving slowly and kept talking to the other employee about her life when he was trying to ring out customers.We gave an automatic tip after checking out to show our appreciation only for her to be in a bad mood and not even tell us when the drink was ready and instead sit it on the counter and continue to talk to the other employee.The drink itself was was okay, but not worth the 10+ dollars we paid. It’s also a very tight space to wait in if there is more than one party.Maybe some other locations are better..

Tiffany and Ann Marie are the best! They always remember my order and make me feel valued as a customer. They make my smoothies perfectly and really help kickstart my day with their kind smiles. Thankful for the both of them and their amazing service. The Blue Magic is the best for a reason, you got to try it out!

Tiffany promptly stepped in, assuring me that she would gladly make any adjustments to ensure my satisfaction. The Juices and Smoothies were good, really good. Toilet ist also there, no complains. But the AC was waaay to cold, i know this is normal for NYC or the USA but this was too much for me.
