Don’t trust the hours online. Arrived at 8am (opening time) and waited outside for 20 min. Nobody showed up. This is not the first time I’ve had issues at JP. A shame because the products themselves are great.

Similar experience to other recent reviewers. Went in to find one employee with his back to customers, with headphones on and the whole place reeked like smoke. He didn’t turn around for a while and the whole vibe was off so we left. JP used to be such a great spot. What the heck happened?

This store sucks in customer service. The guy doesn’t look at you or respond when taking your order. They are rapping and fooling around. One small order of a smoothie took 10 minutes with extremely slow movements and no one else in the store…… Lol.

They say they open at 7:00, and door is open, but when you go inside, they’re consistently not ready to take orders until 7:20.
I genuinely don’t know what happened to Juice Press, this store specifically.There’s no consistency between smoothies (the past three 4ever young’s have tasted vastly different), the staff has always been indifferent, but they just actively don’t care… at all. There were two orders ahead of us and it took 15 minutes to get our order. When we thanked the person to leave she couldn’t even look up, let alone say a word.I’ve loved this brand for almost 10 years now, but the experience just doesn’t justify the cost anymore. Such a bummer.

Whilst the staff here aren’t rude they could learn some basic manners. Hello, good bye, thanks etc. I get it’s not an exiting job but the bar is low. Smoothies are okay, but let’s face it not cheap either.
